Huge place in the lobby of an office building. Big menu. No banh mi options other than bbq pork at 8:30am on a Thursday. Not many patrons. Hoisin and Maggie sauce. No chilli. They forgot. Added it to my last third to good effect. Too much hoisin for me. Overly sweet. Still, pretty nice flavours. Bread soft but not bad. On ok banh mi - better to come later in the day probably. Also serve hot or iced Vietnamese coffee.

Has the prawn bun - fresh tasty and amazing. And not expensive! Eat here whenever you can. It is great! The chicken cho is the best way to bring in 2025. Fresh and tasty it bodes health and happiness. I live across the road and this is my regular go to cafe. Food is always fresh and delicious. It’s not going to break the bank and the service makes you feel valued and smile. Occasionally open on weekends, pop in for coffee and great food with a Vietnamese twist.

Really comfortable place very near Melbourne Train station but not too crowded. I tried Phở - Vietnamese traditional soup - and I tell you this is one of the closest Phở in Vietnam. You can view the street through giant glass wall while having your meal. Besides Phở, there are plenty more options for you to try out. Highly recommend for everyone.

Very polite staff. Service was fantastic. Ordered waffles without realising it came with a side of 2 eggs, bacon and avocado. Very good value indeed. Good coffee too! Kids also enjoyed their strawberry milk shakes!
